Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the car (and get inside it for interior work), you can carry on with your day. Leave gate codes, parking spots or key instructions in the booking notes.
What do you need from me?
Access to the vehicle with enough room to work around it, plus a water spigot (outdoor faucet) and an electrical outlet within reach. Please remove valuables, personal items, car seats and any trash before we arrive so we can get into every corner, and tell us about heavy pet hair, stains, odors or spills when you book.
How long does a detail take?
About 1–1½ hours for an Exterior Detail, 2–3 hours for an Interior Detail and 3–4 hours for a Full Detail. Times are estimates. Add-on services add to the time, and there's no set time frame for them because it depends on the vehicle.
Can you detail at my office or apartment?
Yes, as long as there's a water spigot (water source) and an electrical outlet within reach of the car. If your lot or garage doesn't have both, we can't do the detail there. Let us know where they are in your booking notes.
Do you do ceramic coatings or paint correction?
Yes. Every vehicle's paint is different, so we quote these after a quick consult. Use the consult form on this page or call us.
When do I pay?
Bookings made 2+ days ahead hold their spot with a $50 card deposit that comes off your total. It's non-refundable, but it moves to your new date if you reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Short-notice bookings need no deposit. The balance is due the day of service, as soon as the detail is finished.
How do rewards points work?
Create a free account when you book. When your detail is marked complete you get 5% of the subtotal as points, and 1 point = $1 off a future detail. You can use them at checkout.
Can I set up recurring service?
Yes. Choose bi-weekly or monthly during booking and we'll reach out before each visit to lock in a time that works.
Can you get out every stain, smell and pet hair?
We get most of it, but nobody can promise all of it. Some stains are permanent, strong odors can need an ozone treatment, and deeply embedded pet hair and sand don't always come out completely. We'll look at the car first and tell you what's realistic before we start.
What if it rains?
Houston weather happens. If it gets in the way we'll contact you to move your appointment to the next good slot, at no cost to you.
Need to reschedule or cancel?
Call or text (832) 926-8413 at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll find you a new time, and your deposit moves with it. With less notice, or if we can't reach the car, the deposit is kept. See the Terms of Service on the booking page for wait and no-show fees.
